I'm a do a load three day because there's some things I still want to eat LOL. But I did lose 2 pounds since starting hCG my hands are stiffening up again and my AMEX is sticking up again I have a appointment with Dr. Reed today. Going to ask him about maybe I need to do another round of presdison.
104.7 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 45.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
