Wow - great Jim - you are revolving around a lower number now! That is what I look for myself. just revolving around a number...but lower one!

I've had a tendency for a while now to drop a few pounds, then go back up part way, hover around the general weight for a while, then go down a little more. Slow and frustrating sometimes but that's what it is. Didn't make the wisest food choices during the week at times and had some difficult issues I handled with poor eating, that never helps. But onward and downward, little by little.

Way to go, Jim. Sometimes things happen, but as long as we recognize what those "things" are, & we know what to do about it, we can just keep moving forward no matter how slowly. The great thing to focus on in these times is that, as long as we're going forward at all, it's much better than moving backward. AND, EVENTUALLY THE WEIGHT WILL COME OFF!
