Ok, so it seems shocking my body and then getting back on track was not such a bad idea! The scales actually moved .4 overnight! YAY! I am quite impressed! Moving closer to the first goal of being under 90 kgs. The 80's were pretty good, the 70's were better... and the 60's... well, never been there before... so looking forward to getting there...eventually.
