I did follow a structured eating plan for 5 out of 7 days and worked out (happily) for 5 out of 7 days! This is a start. The weekend was a struggle and I strayed away from the plan, but I am back and feeling pretty good physically. Less achy joints and a bit more energy. :) Working on getting my "Happy" back...
