Not much of a loss, but a loss, and these days, given how little exercise I'm doing, and how much junk and chocolate I'm eating, it's a miracle I'm not gaining, so I'll just shut up and be thankful eh. I really am just biding my time til minimum, (52) and then of douse my next goal after that is the impassable 48, then the holy grail... GW1 and of course the ultimate will remain to get to. Still, I tend to think 45 will be about perfect for my height, might linger there for a bit, might take me another 18months to get down to 36kg - 22kgs in 18months? Doable? Anyway, that was Lib's GW, I'll see. I still have a round mound, yes I can feel the angles... The hipbones are there, but they're thickly covered in fat and flesh. I can pick great fistfuls of fat from my stomach, grab hunks of flesh... It's quite revolting, but good in a way that it makes me revolted now, whereas before when I was so obese I just didn't care, I just kept eating, making it worse. Now at least I have a fighting chance at getting me out from under this fat-suit... If I work at it, if I exercise. I need to tone. I need to start walking. I need to walk Bella to school every day, and home, and pick her up, and home, that will mean I get at least 2.4km each way walking so if I catch the bus with her in the morning, and walk home, walk there in arvo and home, then three times a day is 7.2kms walking, which is almost like doing two laps maybe like 1.5laps?of centennial park, which should burn roughly 700g-1kg a day (depending what I'm shoveling in). So this is my plan for term IV. We shall see.
As it's 2:40am, I should go to bed... As can be seen, not sure if it's from the weight loss or anxiety going up as we get closer to school going back, but I am sleeping less... For the last week pretty much, which coincides with my passing under la barrier, so I dunno... (!)
58.6 kg Lost so far: 40.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
