I've been hitting the gym, and trying to track fat loss by weight alone is really frustrating. My waist and belly are still reducing, but I'm gaining weight. Any suggestions?
126.6 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.5 kg a Week

Muscle weighs more than fat, as long as your waist and belly are reducing, you are going the right way.
