Good heavens, I only put on a couple of kilos. I went on a trip on the Mekong and the food was glorious. Did a lot of walking when ashore. Drank plenty of bottled water. Back to the hard grind.
78.6 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
