My weight has been down as low as 109.5 but that was after a massive day of physical work so waited until the next after noon and it had settled to 110. Really pleased with that. If I can lose another 4 kilos by the end of April I would be back into a lot of my clothes. Even then some were a bit tight but getting under 100kgs is beginning to look like a possibility. Counting calories is working because it keeps me accountable and makes me think about my food choices.
