Feeling impatient. oh why does it take so long. so many more months to go. When will I look and feel no longer huge.
96.8 kg Lost so far: 28.2 kg.    Still to go: 24.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes you will hang on its ok you got this took me a year to lose 60kg and I did no excise just healthy eating using this app if I can you can :)

Thanks madmumma....I am exercising 6hrs a week. I think Im in the middle of a bump mentally. You have done fantastic.

it's so excruciating isn't it, you always want it to go faster. I also get really impatient. Hang in there!
