Today is day 4 of Body Beast. I'm enjoying the program so far. the hardest day so far was day 2 which was Legs. My thighs are still sore. Whew!
97.3 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 31.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have 21 day fix which i love. Do you think body beast is worth the money?

Suzi161 If you like weight lifting and don't want to do cardio then you will LOVE Body Beast. I haven't been doing it long at all but I like it. For my cardio I'm using Dance Central which is an XBOX game, with the Kinect. I'm not sure if I would say it's worth the money yet. I'm eating right, so if my results are good within the next few weeks I'll let you know.
