Three more gone and 29 since April 11. This way of eating is becoming easier and I love the noon to 6 window. Ridiculous eating day on Sunday probably cost me progress but no worries. Planning on entering the 230's one week from today and claiming my new color. Cowboy up FS buddies!
109.8 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 30.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
