Finally a loss. That took a while. I weighed yesterday as well but had little faith in the loss being true.
86.5 kg Lost so far: 38.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great job! It's hard to be patient when you're not seeing results but sticking with it pays off :) Inspirational for me!

How were your stats today Jane. Do you believe they were true. I'm hoping so.

Jen I do believe that the plateau was long and finally having the scales move kinda shocked me. Plus I have a little distrust in those scales after the battery saga...bwahahahaha I lifted my excercise to a min 600 cal burn...making myself work harder. ..it worked. So now the happiness is back...I lost a little confidence and now thank goodness its back.

Jane, so glad to read that you are moving down again and exercising, really well done. I haven't done any exercise yet. Probably should get moving, but I find lots of reasons not to.1kg is a big loss, congrats.
