Pt sessions going good, I have to concentrate more on my food otherwise I will crash.

Trying to do this for the long haul and keep fit. I am not a fan of slow and steady wins the race but sometimes that is perhaps the better play. I will be tweaking my diet soon.

142.4 kg Lost so far: 11.7 kg.    Still to go: 55.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
