Outstanding result on the scale. I ate badly yesterday in the form that I did not have enough food whatsoever. Woke up with almost no energy. This is really bad as I stand to slow down my metabolism so need to be. The fact that I have stopped eating 1l of ice-cream per day is showing.
Missed PT as i was in meetings all day yesterday. Looking forward to the week I am going to try out my new revised eating plan and exercise so I will be planning for most of the weekend
