Happy with the weight loss. Everything going well however I need to increase rate of weight-loss. I just want to get to my target weight and focus on maintenance and other life. I have set a goal of minimum 1.5kg loss per week. I am done with being unfit and right now, I have to put a stop to tennis, basketball, pretty much any joint impact sport or anything where I have to run for more than 30 mins for fear of injury which will really set me back. As I lose more weight I will add things. So for gym classes where everybody is jumping up I will do a semi squat or something more gentle on the body.

My PT is worth his weight in gold so I will keep this up every day. Food wise read about the alkaline diet which seems interesting. Good thing is I do not need to change my diet as most of my foods are near neutral and Almonds, Rooiboos and Green Tea which I love. Still in Ketosis energy levels good.
136 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 49 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hi buddy. Can i just gently say that aiming to lose 1.5kg/week might be unsustainable? My hubby has lost over 30kg & kept it off. On the programs we used, u expect a loss of 500g/week. Slow, but u dont rebound so bad...anyway those are my thoughts 😃

I can support Mrs Vis whole heartedly here. I've noticed that when I shed a mega amount over a small time frame- I reboud really heavy(I.e- I lost 3kg in a week...the following week I put on 1.5kg) Take your time, it's a new lifestyle that were all trying to become accustomed to 😊 All the best.
