ahhhh this pretty good. Considering I have another cold and excercise is on hold again. Though I have decided to drop carb intake more while this cold is affecting me. I will go back to min 50g of carbs once Im back on the treddy. I seem to lack faith in this drop...no idea why...maybe it feels to good to be true😨😨
