lost 1.5 kg yesterday. I couldn't maintain a 1300 cal limit. But I did a fair bit of physical work I think I needed thr extra.
101 kg Lost so far: 4 kg.    Still to go: 25.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

1300 is really low, depending on your size and exercise levels. I can never manage 1300. I usually get around 1700cal, but that's me with my age, sex and metabolism.

Yes it is low. But today I am finding it hard to reach 1300. I have eaten 3 large meals. 2 of brown rice and vege stew. The dinner fish and salad. And a couple of coffees. Though to be fair I moved some barrow loads of wood before eating a late breakfast

That sounds brilliant craig. On ya! Maybe your metabolism is really good and you must be feeling satisfied. Cool.

Thanks. I'm having a slower rest day today. Only physical stuff is a trip down the pool for 15 minutes slow moderate swimming. 10 mins sauna and a bit over an hour in the spa. I was hungry when I filled the car up coming home...looked st a small pkt chips ( first time ever) and was shocked jow many cals were in that bag....I'm used to eating a jeffro bag.

Yeah, the salty snacks tempt me. My mum came out with me today, and we got McDonalds. She got a happy meal. I got one of their Create Your Own salads with extra chicken and bacon. It was so good. No fries with that! And I had a coffee with it. There is just SO much high calorie carb type stuff like chips, pies and pastries and bready stuff. Argh! I am trying to avoid that stuff!
