All going good. Diet is perfect. I am getting at least 130g of protein per day so thats good.

I am now going to concentrate more on Cardio but will still do weights. My aim is to lose another 10kg this month and I will do it. After that 10 more then I may consider slowing down.

I now want to make a life long habit of waking up in the morning to run or just walk as well as sleeping on time.
133.9 kg Lost so far: 20.2 kg.    Still to go: 46.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
