Weight loss going well. I had a scare the other day when I thought my ankle was broken. Turns out I have a 2mm ossicle adjacent to the cuboid that I think is the result of when I broke my foot 8 years ago.

Anyway because of that morning exercise has been limited but still doing the PT.

I am losing weight at a good rate but it could be better

Need to plan more
131 kg Lost so far: 23.1 kg.    Still to go: 44 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
