Had about 190g protein yesterday. It showed in the mirror. I was looking good I will try and ensure I eat enough.

Anyway off to enjoy the weekend.
131.5 kg Lost so far: 22.6 kg.    Still to go: 44.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sounds good! I also like it when I eat around 200g protein per day. I usually eat less calories the next day, too. The protein seems to be so satisfying.
