This is single handedly the best result I have ever achieved in a day after drinking 4l of liquids the previous day. I checked and reweighed myself twice so weight loss is correct.

So what did I do.
1. Went for a walk with my chest strap heart rate monitor linked to my wrist watch. Kept heart rate at over 130bpm for 40 mins
2. Drank 1.5l of pure white tea (Silver Needles)
3. Food was 159g protein 22g carbs

Overall my decision to wake-up and walk when I was sick paid off. So when I woke up today at 5:30am with a temperature of 38.5 I was like stuff that going to Bootcamp. I feel good now afterwards but it was a real struggle only willpower and the fact that there were others in the group kept me going.

In terms of mood I feel really good. I have managed to keep my body in ketosis for 6 weeks. I measure this several times during the day.

I believe eating the right food and always feeling full should be easy. As from the 19th September I will be showcasing my exemplary diet. It will consist of 100% non processed food not silly protein shakes although I have a killer combo in terms of taste. Still researching hence the wait.

Anyway off to sleep now to try and recover as my body has taken a pounding. Might do Yoga tomorrow see how I feel.

Good job! I am inspired and think I will go for a walk today, see how much of one of the easier hiking tracks I can do. I almost never feel full, so I'm looking forward to reading about the diet you follow. =)
