Not feeling well. This Flu is killing me. Rest day yesterday was good.

I will look to put in a bit of exercise this evening.

Rest is still so good for illness. Ask the pharmacist for some advice with supplements if you can. I found that really helpful. Costs a bit, but I have actually avoided antibiotics this last sinus infection! First time for that for me in many years of recurring infections.

I have been sick as well and yesterdays weigh in showed a 2 kg increase. This morning showed a 1 kg decrease from yesterday. I'm thinking the bronchitis / flu has caused a lot of fluid retention. At least that is what I'm hoping.
