I weighed in at the pool/ gym this morning on their digital scales. Im going to use them from now on - that is if I continue going on a reg basis. The special $30 30 days membership runs out on the 16th. After that I may have to cut back to 2 or 3 times a fortnight.
98.7 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 23.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I bought a "weight watchers" brand, digital scale at Target for around $20. It was worth it.
