I was hoping for a loss...but I stayed the same. What has changed is, I am more dedicated to working out and I feel stronger and healthier. My clothes fit better and I am not afraid of food anymore. I used to panic about eating out or baking or cooking a comfort meal....but now, it's all about moderation. I know there are many of us who won't touch bread or potatoes and I respect that. I have tried and succeeded on many ways of eating. I have also failed, too! For right now, I am enjoying what I am doing and I feel really good. The weight loss is slow, but it is happening. Feeling good and not fearing the scale or food has been good for me. I hope everyone can find what works for them! Until then, Lets just keep trying! Have a great day everyone!
