Yesterday I ate so much junk that I wasn't hungry & skipped dinner; just had a banana after awhile. So I'm down a smidge, to 146.25, which is about a half-pound from yesterday. Well that's nice, but probably not the best way to go about it. Tonight I'm doing a 3 mile run, so I probably need to eat BETTER; having a Healthy Choice tv dinner for lunch with an apple, and banana for mid-afternoon snack. Not sure about dinner, probably some fish & veggies.
