yay! Pretty happy. I am so longing to leave the 80's...finally getting close😊

Ha techman...the choc is to increase protien...I am determined to loose while eating an average diet. Just ensuring that my protien is high. Veg is coming back just got sick of it...sometimes a bit of crap helps in the long haul...for me this isnt a diet at all. Ive done diets from childhood and there is only one thing I know as a fact...diets never work😊😊😊EVER

Hi Jane, I'm a chocoholic (chocolate free since 3rd August 2016), so please ignore me ;-) Agree re diets, I've never been on one myself, but I love the low carbs, higher protein way of eating I have now, I'm never going back to processed foods (except the odd eating out). Cheers Terry
