Day one of special diet. Today I plan on eating granny apple half an apple for snack greens with turkey meat got a little bit of fat in there and some cornbread for lunch. And then half an orange for another snack. I am drinking coffee all day. For dinnerfix chicken breast sandwich on low-carb tortilla and broccoli that I'm going to cook and then brown in the oven Yum. And then for a snack at night I'll have another half of my Apple. For lunch tomorrow I'm gonna thinks I'm probably another chicken breast for lunch or my steak steak for tonight they wanted us to
114.2 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 55.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
