Seems my body runs better on a keto diet than a carb diet. I will analyse my weight loss over last few months and if that is the case I will can the corn and any high carb item. All good otherwise suffering from self induced lack of sleep. Hope to sort that out tonight

Yeah I am not sure if it's "keto" or "paleo", but it is low carb, I reckon.
