Went to the Gym this morning and had breakfast with my PT where I went through my plans to make sure he and I were heading in the same direction. We were in agreement with weight loss except he wants me to get to 100Kg by 2nd Jan 2017 which is approx 20kg weight loss. So I am now back to the drawing board and I am now putting focus on foods that cleanse my liver to ensure it is 100% healthy as I will need its A game if I am going to be on target. Therefore I am introducing, Cabbage, Carrot, apples, pineapples, broccoli, beetroot into the mix as many raw unprocessed foods as possible. It will be hard but I am looking forward to meeting my target. My knee is also now pain free I have some people to thank on fatsecret but will do that tomorrow when I am not ranting on about my targets. Off to enjoy the weekend.
120.4 kg Lost so far: 33.7 kg.    Still to go: 33.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Awesome! Some of us have been doing the "Fresh food fast" and vegie-focused Fatsecret challenges. They have been really good to remind us to include veg and raw food, as well as all the other good stuff!
