Happy with the loss new diet starting to kick in, less protein more raw food but I am still debating whether I should stick to a ketone diet so sitting on the fence in confusion. I am still trying to get my head around stopping muscle building to lose more weight as I was starting to enjoy the weights and I do not like cardio. In fact cardio was the cause of my knee troubles and until I get below 100kg I want to stay away from any high impact activity and properly rehab my knee. All my cardio if I am not walking will be on ellipticals. Currently my target is to be 119.8 by Monday which I should achieve.
120.2 kg Lost so far: 33.9 kg.    Still to go: 33.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
