Weight loss was phenomenal just skeptical if it is water. Will see tomorrow. Diet going good I am focusing on my liver health as I plan to do almost zero cardio and rely on weights. So I am taking milk thistle, drinking green tea added apple to the diet and from today will be munching on carrots like a rabbit. Have a big lunch today so I will try and make wise choices.
119.1 kg Lost so far: 35 kg.    Still to go: 32.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
