I will keep my journal entry to good news and bad news. Good news - diet is going well I feel good and my weight is now dropping at a phenomenal rate. Bad News - Weight Loss might be short lived as I have partially torn my latissimus Dorsi (lats)doing wide grip chin-ups last nght so my weights training might be off for some time. I do not like cardio so next few weeks at a minimum will be hard.
118.6 kg Lost so far: 35.5 kg.    Still to go: 31.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Aww thats terrible! But remember, weight loss is 80% food and 20% exercise, so don't give up on the diet - it will get you there! I am sorry to hear about your injury, but get better soon and don't lose hope. I didn't exercise for nearly 12 months (broken spine in 2 places), but my diet had me losing weight even when I wasn't doing anything! Hang in there, and get better soon!

Thanks Angelica, I am now really focusing on food. I should only be partially out for 4 weeks. Broken Spine 2 places = ouch, hope you are better now.
