Ok, I am still aiming for under 90 kgs before end of month. I mean like 89 kgs before end of month. I need to maybe start slowly walking for 30 minutes now that the weather is getting better in Melbourne. Unfortunately, for me I have hip bursitis which makes exercise hard... and Im not much of a swimmer. I am starting clinical pilates next week - hopefully that will help.

80% of your weight is based on what you eat, 10% on exercise and another 10% on genetics so concentrate on eating healthy and clean and you should hopefully still see results :)

Just keep chipping away. All the little things do add up. Thought of swimming laps doesn't appeal to most people. My First exercise group was a water aerobics class. It was great to get me moving again. They weren't expensive then not sure about now. Might be something you could enjoy ? Good luck with pilates. 😀

Thankyou everyone, I had a doozy of a weekend .... but it is me who is accountable. I know that after a doozy I have no one to blame but myself. So, back to the drawing board. I have employed the 16:8 strategy. Not eating for 16 hours and then having 2 meals within the 8 hour period. It was ok today. Lets see what those funny ol scales say tomorrow. Onwards (and downwards!)
