Feeling Gr8. Still not getting enough sleep so I will be going back to the drawing board. Weight Loss is better than planned but I need to make sure I do not crash or plateau. Going to go hard until 15 December so 8 weeks of hard work to get me closer to my goal.
118.1 kg Lost so far: 36 kg.    Still to go: 31.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
