Day has been average, started of with a weight gain first thing in the morning, Galaxy s6 now officially dead, meetings all morning. I guess that's life and one just has to pick themselves up. Will focus on having a good nights rest. In terms of diet will stay the course despite sub-par results. My only consolation is that the ketosticks are changing colour showing that my body is burning fat.
