Had a delicious dinner last night. It's 10am now have not eaten anything and had minimal water which is a no no. One of the negatives of a keto-diet as hunger cravings are few and when you realise you have to eat it's too late and body has slowed metabolism so important not to miss meals. Feeling great happy with diet and life.
110.4 kg Lost so far: 43.7 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Drink water!!!

Hi Aussie Elise you are correct about water. My water intake is on average 3-4l a day Mon-Fri and 2-3l Saturday and Sunday. Today I was just pissed at myself that I let it get that late without adequate nutrition.
