Still struggling with a schedule/menu plan that will work for me since I am up and down all day/night most of the time...I think I'm going to shoot for eating every 4-8 hours--4 to 6 if I'm up or up to 8 if I happen to actually be asleep for a change.

Liked my first meal--Chicken salad with a bite--nice crunch and spice to really liven it up!
81.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
