Finally into the 87's! Would it be too greedy of me to be 86 kgs by Christmas??? I am plodding along but I can't wait to be out of the 80's!

87.6 kg Lost so far: 15.5 kg. Still to go: 17.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.9 kg a Week
