Happy with weight-loss not really trying to lose weight so will eat and drink anything right now. Not going to the Gym so probably shedding water weight. I am open to food exploration right now. In 2017 planning mode right now as I cannot get 2017 wrong. I will achieve all my goals god willing and through proper preparation and planning.
106.6 kg Lost so far: 47.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
