Down 2.2 pounds from three days ago even with having this cold. Could easily come up with excuses to not exercise today but I am no worse for wear from exercising yesterday morning so I will need to get up from this couch at some point this morning. Too cold this morning to walk the dog (and unsafe). 15 degrees and windy so real feel temp has to be even worse. Forgot how hard and time consuming it is to plan my meals for the day. Crockpot-in it today.... Curry chicken. Going to make some quinoa today for the week. Learned from the Internet this morning that it is very versatile. Off to start the day. Working toward a healthier version of me.
77.3 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Guess I am not doing as well as I thought with regard to being sick. Could only ride Stationary bike for 20 minutes this morning. I even sweat differently when I have a cold. Feel like crap. Still going to stay on track with food consumption. Made Quinoa this morning for the week. Good source of protein to add to my lunches and dinners.
