Down 5.8 lbs since last Tuesday (1 week). Haven't exercised much due to being sick but with being good with my food intake I have been able to drop weight. Having a physical job helps. 19.2 lbs to go. I got this! Just imagine what I can do when I can exercise consistently.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 13.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
