Happy I lost weight. My lack of sleep is beginning to catch up with me. I am re-evaluating my fitness plan as I have not done as much as I thought. Thanks to FS I can reflect everyday and take action before major items go wrong.
103.8 kg Lost so far: 50.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
