I'm super excited to weigh in today. I did NOT see a 3 in front of the number on my scale, and that hasn't happened in over a year now! It's not far from the 3, mind you, but that just means I have to keep working super hard to stay away from it. I am determined not to see that 3 this week again.. and then finally, not ever again!
Mini-goal #2 completed... 8 days before schedule. Bring on Goal #3!
135.2 kg Lost so far: 12.7 kg.    Still to go: 44.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

CONGRATS!.. Milestones are the best!... when i got below 200 i cried... and when i got so close to being there again trust me even that couple pounds below made a difference..!!... see u on the other side of 200 soon i'm sure!

hey regardless of how long you take as long as the scale is going down you are still a huge success!.. and i can def work on the glass of merlot.. i'm a white wine wh*re... but hey we can get our own bottle each lol
