it's been awhile...ive been eating an avocado for breakfast w/a protein shake for about 1.5weeks now. I haven't really done a lot of cardio since my phone got ate up by the treadmill. I need to do more booty exercises. I've been drinking milk also for about 2 weeks off and on so we'll see how accurate my weight loss is. I am motivated to see the decrease:-)
70.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week
