I am astounded. The lchf is mind blowing. I was so hungry yesterday and ate accordingly. All hf 20g carbs and bam....loosing still. I am so very happy. This is a gr8 feeling. I hope everbody has a gr8 day.😊

77.4 kg Lost so far: 47.6 kg. Still to go: 5.4 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks stephen...we only have had 1 heatwave so far...very unusual for adelaide. This hf thing stopped my platue i was having even though i was doing 10k syints on the treddy. Im still amazed 😎
