Ah well this is what you get at 6000 Cals per day. Below is a pic of how much Ice-cream I had last week. Anyway started to getting back into it today. No rush this time and a more balanced diet and eating more calories. My body is now at a stage where I feel the metabolism has recovered from last year. Therefore will eat as much as I can whilst losing weight.
113.5 kg Lost so far: 40.6 kg.    Still to go: 26.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

I remember you saying that ice cream is a weakness of yours. I have overdone the carbs too. It is hard to keep going at times. I am hoping to increase my protein and veg again.
