I'm in denial about this weight increase. But after 2 weeks of it, it must be true and I will have to make a record of it. I have been better at working out this week. And I'm trying to eat better. I just haven't gotten around to recording the food. Either I'm lazy or I'm not ready to realize that I'm eating more than I think.
