Yes I'm so sad, recording every little gram, except for the ones that go up (!) I went up to 57.1 yesterday, until I took a dump and restricted nicely, not too heavily, just within margins again, yesterday, and brought things under control again today. On the mini stage again tonight, it seems my body fat is better at night haha, only 31% instead of like 35% (overfat) but night shows my weight is back to 57.1. Am supposed to be going to catho for the weekend, well there's no supposed to about it, am going, and although I thought just mum was coming, dad is too, which could work in my favour cos he tells mum to relax n back off my non eating. Guess taking scales with me is too obsessional? On the other hand, catho doesn't have any so maybe I could leave my old ones up there? I don't need three sets here! That'd be a reasonable excuse for taking them! I know how "out" they are from my ones here anyway. It'd be something to work from. I haven't been to curves but I should start going, or at least pay my membership up to date cos I'm gonna feel shit when I've gained and wanna go next week and can't. Must do that in the morning then! Oops. Was going to just leave it but maybe just one more month. See if I use it more now I'm getting more into the starving mind.
Why does it have to be so hard? Why do I have NO freaking WILLPOWER or SELF CONTROL?! No self discipline intell you!! Grr. Need some thinspire.
