The morning weigh in is in. It's official. Friday, 56.1, Monday, 58.9 - difference? One weekend at Catho, the house of carefree relaxation (translation: gain), eating overly caloric foods (think crossoints for breakfast, with real butter, think Oreo wafer sticks while reading a book, think nutella sandwiches, think lolly snakes... This wasn't weight that lept on from boring chicken dinner, it was an overkill effort of "look I'm eating you don't need to worry!") and 2.8kilos is the price I'll pay for the indulgence. It was pretty gross. I felt pretty sick. I thought I'd want all that food but it tasted so rich and creamy. I'm releaved to be home to my safe little world. My "control space".
Might see if I can "detox" for a little while and do a water,tea, coffee, d/coke "fast".. I feel like I need some "purifying" after that bender... Last night with the maccas run was just like the COE days, scary. Double quarter pounder, large fries, large diet coke, cheeseburger with bacon, chicken burger with cheese, small fries... And an apple pie..! Oh god. And they think I don't eat? Uh huh. Yeah right.
58.9 kg Lost so far: 39.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
