100g gain overnight but I know it's just an adjustment. Diets perfect. Within limits or a bit low actually as I've been sick all week. But I've measured and lost cm's this week. So shape adjustment along with a 700g loss for the week. Happy with that.
80.8 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
